BeckElec, a manufacturer of frequency control products located in Phoenix, AZ, has introduced a new line of rugged clock oscillators that meet MIL STD 883. The new BC75M is an HCMOS/TTL compatible clock oscillator that is suitable for Military or other high temperature applications. It boasts a temperature range of -55 to 125°C and is available in frequencies from 1 MHz to 200 MHz. Its small 5 x 7 mm packaging supports input voltages of 1.8VDC, 2.5VDC and 3.3VDC and provides +/-100ppm stability for all conditions over the specified temperature range.
